Designation of origin Crémant de Loire A.O.C. Brut represents particularly strict demands regarding the yield and pressing. The result: A shimmering, straw yellow colour, fine pearls and a finely, elegant bouquet of almond and peach scents.
Grapes for the Cuvée Flamme Brut and Cuvée Flamme Brut Rosé come exclusively from the house's own wine cultivation. The rich, calcareous soils provide a specific finesse and distinctive wine bouquet. With maximum care and rest, it matures in tempered tuffstone cellars over two years to create an exquisite quality and inimitable quality.
